


Health and Safety Information
for the
WIMA National Rally
Lancaster 2011
· No open fires, camp or bonfires are allowed on the event site. BBQ's and camping stoves are acceptable, but care must be taken not to damage any of the grassed areas.
· Fireworks of any type or Chinese lanterns are not allowed on the event site.
· There will be a team of Fire Marshall's on the event site. Information will be given on arrival. Fire Marshall's are there for the safety of everyone on the event site, the property and anyone else that maybe affected by the events attendees and activities. We will expect all attendees to adhere to a Fire Marshall's request.
· Any equipment around the event site that is there for fire safety must not be tampered with or moved, unless it is to deal with an emergency.
· Any signs around the event site that are on display for Health & Safety reasons must not be tampered with.
· There is no smoking permitted in any of the event site buildings and there will be designated smoking areas.
· Attendees will be informed on arrival where and where not motorcycles and vehicles are allowed to ride and drive on the event site.
· First Aiders will be on the event site. Information will be given on arrival.
· A member of the Rally Team will be on call 24 hours every day of the event. Information will be given on arrival.
· Safety measures will be taken as far as reasonably practicable to ensure everyone's safety at the Rally. Attendee's taking part in games or activities does so at their own risk.
· Organised Event Ride Outs: All riders are responsible for their own safety and must also consider the safety of others around them. Always ride within your own capability and promote safe riding.
· On your arrival at the event site, please report first to Booking In, which will be sign posted.
